Papers written in Spanish or Portuguese will be published in journals (indexed SCOPUS, among others) homologated by Publindex

Chané de Bruyn PhD. Is a researcher in the Centre for Local Economic Development (CENLED) at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is also certified by the Economic Development Council of South Africa as an Economic Developer in the field of Local Economic Development.
Paulo Ferreira is an Economist and holds a PhD in Management. Actually he is Full Professor and Pro-President for Research, Innovation and Technology Transfer professor at the Polytechnic Portalegre University
