PAPER SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee. The Conference offer two options for publication:

Papers written in English (until 10-page limit) must follow the formatting rules for Proceedings in Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies series (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website / Word Template).

​Papers to be published on the E3-Journal, the manuscripts can be written in English, or Spanish or Portuguese. All papers are double-blind refereed and publication is subject to acceptancy by the reviewers and the editorial board

The version of these papers for evaluation by the Scientific Committee, saved in PDF format, must not include the authors' identification, e-mail and affiliation. This information must only be available in the camera-ready version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and PDF format.
 

Only articles submitted in English (Springer) must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form Volume 1 (paper ID <= 80) /  Consent to Publish form Volume 2 (paper ID > 80) filled out (Signed with the handwritten digital signature), in a ZIP file, and uploaded to the conference management system.
